You can also do it yourself by logging into your account, going to Subscriptions (located on the top right menu) and click on the 'cancel' button.
You may request a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with our service. You have up to 30 days from the day of signing up to do so. You will receive your initial payment back in full. If the 30 days pass and the subscription has renewed, you are no longer eligible to request a refund. Please note that if you cancel your subscription through the consumer account online, then a refund will not be issued.
